Second Chance Hereford is run by practitioners with a combined experience of over 20 years and a passion for delivering high quality, enriching and above all enjoyable green space opportunities. Set amidst the beautiful Herefordshire Countryside just 12 miles from Hereford and 8 miles from Leominster we offer the perfect environment for delivering care farming and animal assisted interventions from our beautiful 4-acre smallholding. Second Chance can offer a range of bespoke programmes designed to suit the needs and interests of individuals or small groups.

The care farming team at Second Chance are a group of passionate, motivated individuals who are dedicated to their work. The positive, supportive relationships that develop with our clients help to build bridges to future success.
What We Offer
We are now open and offering green space, animal assisted intervention for a variety of groups requiring supported interventions as well as opportunities to engage with rural spaces and skills through animal care and arts activities.
Our clients include schools and pupil referral units, ex-offenders, housing and veteran projects. We create and deliver bespoke packages of support to meet the needs of each client developing confidence, aspirations and a range of practical skills along the way.
